Sure did. I take in about two liters of good water per day. For me it improved thinking, cleared skin, reduced joint pain and ended edema; and the pills and doctor that went with it. Was not taking in enough good water to allow cells to make their normal exchange.

Often now I feel like I'm about 20. Unfortunately I sometimes think that way too! Just to say, when it comes to thinking the improvement may be relative. Don't expect any earth moving philosophical insights.

I read in a 'paper recently that hunger and thirst can be mistaken for each other by the human body, so it is not stupidity. Obesity is a worldwide problem, not just North American - the U.K. has a major obesity problem, something like half the population, I believe. It seems to be the foods eaten and lack of exercise: schools don't have exercise programs any more and it is affecting health.

Very true.
I love water. It helps you sleep better, does do good for your complexion (flushes out capillaries), and makes me feel clean.
You are supposed to drink half your weight in ounces every day. I had two bottles today, and a cup of Vitamin Water.

The only thing I don't understand is what this question it doing in philosophy? :·P

Yes, you are correct, and your facts are true. But there are many new water beverages on the market and their marketing seems to be very successful, so perhaps there is still a chance for people to turn their lives around and have better health.
