Nope - doing so allows the batter and all baserunners to advance three bases. The relevant rule is 7.05(b), which states:
"Each runner including the batter-runner may, without liability to be put out, advance -- Three bases, if a fielder deliberately touches a fair ball with his cap, mask or any part of his uniform detached from its proper place on his person. The ball is in play and the batter may advance to home base at his peril".

The rule is:
No player may use any part of their uniform to catch or field a baseball. They may only use their glove or bare hand.
If a player utilizes any part of their uniform to interfere with, field or catch a baseball during live play the penalty for the obstruction is 3 bases.
So, if a fielder catches a fly ball with their hat and the bases are loaded, the batter is awarded 3rd base and 3 runs score.
Hope that helps.

No. It's scored an error and all players move 3 bases I believe.

if they do its automatically 3 bases for all runners/the hitter, and the batter can attempt to score at his own risk.
