Only if they take you to court and try to sue for back rent. If you are evicted and out of the house you obviously don't HAVE to do anything. Unless like I said...A judge tells you to. It also depends on when you were evicted compared to when your rent is due. However, you say you "owe" it, so I am assuming your rent was OVER-due when you got evicted.

Yes you will have to pay the rent you owe when you are evicted because the landlord is not at fault for breaking the lease agreement. They can also sue you for court fees if it comes to that. The best thing to do, is contact the landlord and work something out with payment so it does not escalate in to something more.

of course. if not paid expect a judgement against you. thats something that will show up on your credit report and won't go away until you pay it off and the negative will stay on for at least 7 years. if you owe rent and are being evicted the best bet it to try to create a payment plan with them to avoid this bad probelm.

When you are evicted, it means that your landlord has secured a legal and binding ruling against you from a civil court judge. The gist of the judge's order is this; "YOU, Get out of this person's house!"
Now then, ask yourself, "why should I give this person any more money?"
If you cannot justify why you still owe rent, then they will simply have to sue, won't they?
Even if they secure a ruling against you for a monetary value, ask yourself; "can you really afford to pay?
There is your answer!!!!!!!!

Yes.
The landlord will take you to court for the eviction to get you out. While there, they will obtain a judgement against you for what you owe.
That judgement will block you from doing many things like getting auto loans, etc. in the future until you've paid your debt.
However if your security deposit was enough to cover the debt, then the landlord will get paid from that and everything will be square.

Yes, or your credit will be more jacked up than it already is. Actually when you get evicted, it's reported to the credit bureau but when you pay off whatyou owe, it has to be removed. Not sure of the time frame though.....
