I wouldn't. Raw eggs are often infected with salmonella, and raw egg whites interfere with the absorption of biotin (a B vitamin). It doesn't matter what breed the dog is.

Some raw eggs are infected with salmonella and could make your dog sick. Most vets will tell you that if you are feeding a quality food, you don't need the extra protein and it doesn't help the coat.
If you are going to do this, at least cook the egg.

Yes, it is ok to give a dog a raw egg. It doesn't hurt them. Most people who feed a raw diet feed at least one raw egg a week complete with shell. If giving a raw egg grosses you out then boil it, scramble it,poach it before feeding.

To the best of my knowledge there is a risk of salmonella amongst other concerns. If her coat needs improving consider buying wild Salmon Oil pills, an excellent source of Omega essential oils etc. I find putting a bit of vegetable oil on my dogs food on a daily basis helped a great deal. So does daily grooming and walks. Good luck, it sounds like you want what's right for your dog whether or not you are right on this particular issue.

That is NOT safe. Raw eggs interfere with biotin, a vitamin B, absorption. They also carry salmonella. Cook the egg first and it will be fine, but dogs on a balanced canine dog food do not need extra protein.

Raw eggs are potential for salmonella. Give her cooked egg, or a little oil on her food instead.
