Alaska borders Russia and Canada. It borders Russia by sea, and Canada by land. The Bering Sea separates Russia from Alaska in the Aleutian Islands border, while in the actually mainland of Alaska is the Bering Strait. The Chukchi Sea separates the northwestern part of Alaska and the northeastern part of Russia. Multiple mountain ranges border Canada, such as the Coast Mountains and St. Elias Mountains that border the south, and to the eastern border are the Chugach Mountains, Wrangell Mountains, Alaska Range, Ogilvie Mountains, Yukon-Tanana Uplands, and the Brooks Range. Those are just the mountain ranges, there are other things that border the eastern and southern borders.
Hope this helped.

I don't think there are any US states which border 2 foreign countries.
Alaska is the closest. It borders Canada on the east, but is separated from Russia by the Bering Strait.

Alaska, Canada by Land, and an Island in Alaska is only a few miles from a Russian Island. And yes, there are sea boundries that extend about 12 km from each country in open water, less if any land is less than 24 km from another country, so they border, so
ALASKA BORDERS CANADA AND RUSSIA!

Do you mean which 1 american state? Because that would only leave us with 2 main foreign countries (mex and canada) neither of which have a US state that touches both.
Oooo... I didn't even think of it as "The line or frontier area separating political divisions or geographic regions; a boundary." I know, stupid huh? I was just thinking of it as "lies adjacent to" or on the "outer edge of something." Cool to know!

the US only borders 2 countries on land - and no state borders both.
Alaska could be said to have a maritime border with Russia, as well as its land border to Canada.
