Getting what I want just once would be nice... I have 3 kids, and a girlfriend. I am the bottom rung of a very long ladder. By the time I get to the top of the priority list the kids need something new.

Just think about this question. If you always get what you wanted - then what would you want? Nothing! Cause you would already have it wouldn't you?
Happiness isn't measured on getting what you want...
it is measured by wanting what you have....
It is in the wanting that men desire, not the having. Most of the time when a person achieves what he/she has been wanting, they lose the desire for it.

No I don't and it's a good thing! I wouldn't want to do a thing for myself if I always got what I wanted. The only way to get satisfaction from getting what you want is thru hard work.
