you *have* to call people on their wrong-doings -- especially when they're being paid to provide you with good service.

It depends on what type of service it is. If its a wrong order at a fast food resturant then its no big deal but if It's something worth a little more money then yes I will complain until it gets fixed.

It depends on what kind of bad service I get.
For expample, if I'm at a restaurant and the waitor/waitress tells me that they ran out of a certain dish, and they bring someone that dish, I will complain.
Or if they give someone else more or better service, I will also complain.

Well, I try to explain my concerns, without taking an attitude. I have found that service industry people take that to mean something can be corrected. Usually. And we don't want to feel we can never go back there again, because we mistreated someone unfairly, or even with cause. Right?

Every time ! This country is the way it is because people keep their mouths shut, and don't speak up against things. People who accept bad service probably accept bad government, and we all know where THAT goes.....

Yes...
Last night, I was not at all happy with the lap dance I received.
I went to management to resolve the situation.
( Waking up in a dumpster is not proper resolution )

Yes. It embarrasses my kids, though, who would rather that I just shut up and take it like everyone else.
BTW, I liked the little "troll doll" avatar better.
