i have to write my own mini epic bout a herp/heroine ive created.
i cant think of ne thing to this on

Follow the epic pattern.
Royal of demi-god child separated from parents and raised in a normal, modest world but they soon prove they are extraordinary.
They usually have a teacher or adviser.
They have a set of adventures where a brush with death or death of a comrade. Magical weapons or items can be obtained or the hero/heroine might have had them from the beginning.
A desire to conquer or confront death (journey to the underworld, nequia I think, or something like that) fills the protagonist.
Other common aspects of an epic involve the finding and naming of lands, seizing a kingship, and the desire of the hero or heroine to prove themselves the best against others.

Use some of these basic ideas and make your own.

Perhaps your underlying problem is best summed-up by your phrase "i cant think ..." This DOES require thought, and the creation of the requisite character. Talk to Role-play gamers, those that play D&D or other similar games, they create heroic characters as a matter of course, they develop life-stories for their characters, and this is much like what YOU are being asked to do. If THEY can do it spontaneously YOU can too.
