There are 13 states west of the Mississippi river which do not touch a major body of water, such as the Mississippi River, the Pacific Ocean, or the Gulf of Mexico.

Please list the 13 states.

Texas is NOT one of them. It borders the Gulf of Mexico.

I'm almost positive that's all thirteen.
