How do you boost your morale when you get sad?

I used to listen to music or phone a friend, but now, I ask God for guidance. And oh, the peace that He brings! It's amazing!

And I still talk to friends when I get sad. I just try to make sure I've told God first. :)

Music still helps. But, again, I try to talk to God first. The music (I listen to Christian music, mostly the stuff that's a little older) is like a small aftershock of God's tremendous love.
