most legendaries cant breed i know but this one has a random gender so maybe...?

nope heatran cant breed because its a legendary if may have a gender but that doesent mean it can breed for example latios cant breed with latias but they have genders no legendaries can breed and i think they never will

Unfortunately no. Just because it has a gender it does not mean it can breed. Just like latias and latios it will not breed.

it won't breed. Legendaries can't breed even if they have a gender.
