White castle is pretty gross ive worked there if you only knew some of the crap they do u wouldnt consider eating that garbage

I think it depends on the individual owner and how they manage their restaurant.
Some Hardees are great - mostly those in small towns.
Culver's is great, but I don't think they are nationwide. Mostly Minnesota, Wisconsin and elsewhere around the midwest.
I can't stomach White Castle anymore - but ate them when I was a kid.
Taco Bell has got to be about the worst though.
Most anywhere can be bad if not managed properly.

For on-site conditions? I've seen some horrible Wendys and White Castles before. Nastiest food? I'd say Hardees.

In America, it's going to be McDonald's.
In Thailand, McDonald's is kinda high class though... it's nice and clean in big supermarket. So I can't really say all of them are bad...

Burger King is the winner. Food laying on the floor, can't get orders right, tight with the condiments, etc. Its gross

Banjo's bakery! it's alway filthy, crusty bits all over the tables, food on the floor, dead and dying flies caked along the window sills, flies in the baymaree. And thats what i can see when i am walking past!
Domino's Pizza is pretty rank too.

Tie between White Castle, McDonald's, and In&Out. In&Out has the world's GROSSEST secret sauce!!!! And it smells bad. McDonalds is just nasty (there might be poo in their meat) , and White Castle... don't even get me started. One word: Eeeeeewwwww!

McDonalds is actually one of the better ones. I worked at KFC, that place is funky as hell. At the end of the day my shirt was covered in chicken blood from all the thawed out dripping bags of raw chicken we handled constantly. WAY unsanitary.
