If you've already graduated but simply have not received your diploma, write it like this: XYZ College, City, State August 2003 - June 2007 B.A. Liberal Arts If you have not graduated yet and thus won't receive your diploma for at least a month (trust me college diplomas take a while to get in the mail), write this: XYZ College, City, State B.A. Liberal Arts Expected graduation: July 2007
