Does Microsoft have a special deal for non profit orgs, selling Office Prof. for only $20?

A friend of a friend says he can get us Office Prof. for $20. I think he just wants $20 for a pirated copy of Office. Think I am correct in assuming this? Or is there really some deal?

Open office is virtually the same as Microsoft office and can be downloaded for free at Openoffice.org. If you get a pirated copy of office you will still need a code to make it operable. Take the free version
