****UGENT****I need help please****?

Doese anyone know how to contact The Los Angeles Distric Attorney's office concerning Family Law. My ex-husband and his new wife have been trying to bribe me with $ amount less than half of what he owes by claiming to be dis abled and and have now threatened to black mail me by using text messages that they have obtained (i don't know how -from my T-mobile line that were sent to my boyfriends phone then forwarded to their line) cell phone (meesages that I sent to my boyfriend). I've been divorced several years and since his re-marriage my ex-husband does not wan't to pay what he owes which is a horrendous $ amount.

Look in the yellow pages and mention the blackmail thingb/c in your state that's a felony offense.. If u can obtain proof that he's disabled that'll be even better...

If you've been having unprotected sex over a 2week period and only took the morning after pill once, then there's a high chance you could be pregnant. It could be implantation bleeding from the first time you had unprotected sex. Try a first response pregnancy test as those can tell you from a week before you're period due date. I think you should see a GP though even if a test comes back negative. It may even just be your period coming early... Without meaning to give you a lecture or anyting, I suggest if you don't want to be pregnant (which i guess you dont because you took emergency contraception) you should be using condoms. These protect you from pregnancy and STD's. The "morning after pill" shouldn't be used as a form of contraception because a condom wasn't used.

if yo bf bleves you when u say it ain't true if so then dats gud if not then say its from yo ex second if he claiming to be dis able there are many things u can use as evidence 1 is medical citificate from his Dr 2 a blood test as DNA or 3 go to hospital nd ask them if hes been in to get a check up or try his m8s 2 see what they now or even his family anything lik dat k 2 go to d nerst cops say dt hes threating you by black mailing you and day are gng 2 yo bfs fne use the texts on his fne as proof dt d important fng k is the proof if necessary ....

Excuse me but I don't get on what are they black mailing you about.. but what ever it is it can be that strong if they insist in bribing you so tell them to kiss your ***'s and look on your phone book talk to the state attorney's office and follow his advice tell your ex and his wife, if they continue this your going to press charges on them for harassing you trying to scared you so you won't take child support payments and that is a true crime... get educated and don't let that asshole intimidate you... Make him pay child support.. good luck.

It doesn't really matter whether or not he is disabled. His social security will decrease and your amount of child support will continue. You are given a set amount by the courts and that is what you get. no less. If he cannot pay up he will have to prove to the courts whether or not he is dasabled but it will not affect your child support.

GOOGLE it~!~and then call the police and make an incident report...you'll need it if you plan on taking it to court....you can't just have a "he said, she said" situation here...gather all the proof you have on hand and report him for black-mailing you!
