Go to a Locksmith. If that doesn't work, I suggest getting a new lock.

When I was in school, you could just hit them real hard on the top of the dial in a downward motion. You could use a hammer or just take your shoe off and hit it with the heel.
That was a long time ago, but I doubt that they have changed that much since then.
