I really like Clinique's "Dramatically Different" Moisturizer gel. I use the gel instead of the lotion because I have combination/oily skin.
I would say as far as mousturizers go, DO NOT buy the drugstore kind as they're just so watery and greasy and gross, at least the ones I have tried (Olay, Neutrogena) I think the department store ones are more concentrated . Just my opinion.

I would recommend the cream in the source. It's really hydrating yet won't irriate your skin. Since it has a very light texture, it won't cause any break-out!
