Depends on if you want to get along or if you would rather deal with the stressful tension between the two of you.
I think I would like to have the tension relieved, personally, and would go out of my way to do it.
Stress is much more dangerous than people credit it for being. It can cause circulatory and heart problems and even kill.
Keep the stress level low for both of you, pronounce her name the way she wants you to do it.

I wonder what her weight, deoderant (or lack of) and makeup has to do with the pronunciation of her name. If she made the request in a neutral or polite tone, then make your best effort for the sake of workplace harmony. If she didn't, you might point out to her that her tone makes you ignore her request.
And, for the record, I had a boss who could not pronounce either my first or last name, no matter how many times I'd tell her; I gave up trying but her supervisor denied her promotion, claiming her bungled pronouncing indicated workplace hostility. So think carefully before you make a game out of spiting this woman.

That's disgusting. She's fat, my God, how are you able to even be on the same planet with her? And too much lipstick, I'd quit if I were you, you are much too good to be an associate of hers. Or maybe you should get off your pedestal, and get to know her better, you never know what could happen. She might just turn out to be a great friend.
