If we had Steve Nash at the FIBA tournament in Vegas, do you think Canada would have only lost by 40 points instead of 50 to the Americans?
We beat Uruguay in the quarters today - look out, America! If we get you again this tournament, I'm predicting we only lose by 46!

Steve Nash would make a huge difference. I am a Suns fan that lives in Phoenix and watch every single Suns game in person or on television.
Canada would not beat the USA, but would probably cut the deficit from 50 to 25 I'd say.
I also think the intangibles he brings would have been good enough for Canada to score a silver in the FIBA Amercias. Not to say that they still can't get there without him, but it would have made it so much easier.

Hah, oh yea I'm a Canadian supporter also and wish Steve Nash played for us also. If Nash was playing for Canada I think overall the amount of points for Canada would be considerably higher. He is also better on defense then all of the other players on the Canadian team so I'm sure there would be slightly less points scored against Canada also. If Nash played Canada's overall stats would improve and Canada would probably have overcome Brazil in the first game. Too bad he's not playing!

u'd do better but no by much...we have jkidd billups dwill and kobe to guard him...but you definitely would by less than 50...maybe 39
