Depends on how good you are and how good you do in school. It doesn't matter how tall unless you play very well. If you try hard you can make it!

Hit all the baskets you throw. Be good at defense and be faster at stealing the ball from the big guys. It's easy to steal a ball from a taller player because they never see you coming. They dribble longer then you. Thus it takes more time for the ball to return to the hand. Use an economy of motion and steal the ball then move fast. Make good assists if you are blocked and be a team player. Spud Webb played in the NBA and was really good at 5'8" for San Antonio. You might grow taller as you get older. I had a friend who was 5'7" in his Sophomore year. He came back the next September at 6'5". You can bet the coach was happy to see him.

Be what every team needs. Someone to run the show. That means you bring the ball up, handle the pressure and the presses, get a team into their offense (call the play), shoot when open, penetrate and dish when not, and play aggressive, smothering defense at the other end. If you do all that, you don't need to score much (about 6-8 ppg).

If you can't, grow a foot within 3 weeks.

Be fast. Very fast. Find out what the coach wants in a point guard and provide it. Keep running after everyone else has quit. Be first to practice and last to leave. Never walk.

Practice, practice, practice. And try to play against those who are better than you. That will improve your game.
