Each Subway is individually owned, so it can differ. We do not generally do a drug test, but you have to sign a piece of paper saying that we can randomly give you one. Also, if you have to worry about it maybe you shouldn't apply.

as the manager of subway in ocala florida, i can tell you that our company does drug test managers and assistant managers, and they don't tell you until you are sitting in the office talking about your promotion, and then they send you right then and there, there's no waiting period, at least not at the one i run.

the paper you sign says that they can drug test if they want. this generally only happens if you are injured on the job. that way if you are high while injured they are not held liable.
