I had a limited range of fonts in 98me so I searched google for free fonts to download.
Maybe this will work for colours too

It's more than just the adapter. You have to have drivers for it, too. Windows 98 does not come with a lot of drivers. You''l have to download them from the manufacturers' website.

you have not got the correct drivers installed for your video card. right click on your deak top and open display properties then click on settings if you can not change the settings you need to install the correct drivers

it's time to say goodbye to WIndows98. its almost 10years old.
Also, it is nowhere near time to say hello Vista. Its sh!t in a CD box.
You'd be better with windows98.
oh yea, XP is still the best.

you need the right driver for the video card try looking for them at http://driversguide.com/

bet you have an intel chipset with built in graphics card, onboard type??
if so your intel drivers have gone for a walk.
you will have to re download them from intel ,
