You will not able to balance this eq. This cracking equation must be modified in order to generate either carbon monoxide CO and hydrogen H2, or CO2 and hydrogen, or just maybe turn it into a combustion reaction by adding oxygen to actually generate CO2 and H2O. there is something wrong with the equation itself.

well I know why you can't balance this equation. It's either a combustion or a respiration reaction, both of which require O2 to perform the reaction. So your equation should look like this

?C6H12O6 + ?O2-----> ?CO2 + ?H2O

There must be at least 6 CO2 and 6 H20, requiring 12 more O. Balance on the other side with 6 O2

C6H12O6 (sugar) + 6 O2 ----> 6 CO2 + 6 H2O

C6H12O6 + 6O2 => 6CO2 + 6H2O

You missed +O2....without the O2 on the reactant side...your sugar won't decompose.

At a wager: TiO2 + 2C + 2Cl2 --> TiCl4 + 2CO C is a stable, Cl2 a gasoline (i think of) and CO is definately a gasoline. No clue approximately the different 2. Why not look it up? you are able to have documents tables or something.
