best way to make your computer sick that i know of!

Yup, got me quite a virus. Took 3 recovery discs to bring my computer back. I thought I was covered by Norton and McAfee. Guess they let me down.

Here is a word to the wise. Don't take a laxative and a sleeping pill on the same night. And DON'T ask how I know.

now you tell me. for the first 2 months i was here i skipped every question that had a link because i was afraid to click on it. then i got brave and clicked on a couple and for the last 2 months i've been clicking away. guess it's time to go back to skipping.
did something happen to your computer? a virus?

Not only viruses, but just once, in a section that wouldn't clue one in, up popped a porn video with a dwarf who was filming at his eye level.
If some answerers use words like, EWWW! or phrases like , "MY EYES...!, you had better not tempt fate. Unless, of course, you like that sort of thing.

I deleted Norton because it is so invasive, that it can make your computer slow and lose capabilities like Windows' sounds. No Norton and computer works like new.

Thanks for the heads-up. I wonder why we trust so blindly.

Yes I did that not long ago and got a virus.

If they have http.first, then those are safe, if not I do not check them out. I have anti virus and spyware, so that takes care of any problems. I am always leary of that though.

thanks for the warning even tho I only use the computer at work i would feel really bad if we got a virus b/c of me thanks for looking out!!
