I think that God is any colour that you want him to be. If you feel good when you pray or ask God to grant you a request, then what difference does it make what colour he is?? We are all the same under the skin, and there are good and bad people in all races, then colour is really not very important. At the end of the day what really matters is -- are you a good person, if you are then colour ceases to be an issue, and human values become the prime, and the only consideration. I hope this makes sense to you.

A kaleidoscope, all colour and no colour. God is a lover of colour, He created things in infinite variety to match his nature. God has an infinite sense of humour. He'll wear a green jacket with orange trousers and pink shoes and a purple tulip in His lapel, and sometimes a brightly flowered calico dress turned inside out with heavy construction boots.

well, if you've ever seen the movie Dogma, God was a old white homeless guy thru most of the movie until the end where God took on the form of Alanis Morrisette who is also white

otherwise i would say God is all colors which means God is a prism & loves skeeball!

the color of a monsoon raincloud is His original color and form. Named Krishna or Shamasundara, which means beautiful blackish form. He also expands Himself into other forms with a golden complexion and a Greenish complexion and many other colors. I worhisp His original Eternal Form which has no material elements and is unlimited and omnipresent. We are covered by different veils of illusion and that is the reason why we can not see God. But you can learn the process of seeing God who is everywhere.( Bhakti Yoga) (self realization) and we can understand our eternal loving blissful relationship with Him. The light poeple talk of is the effeulgence and energy emenating from His eternal form. For info got to harekrishnatemple.com There are pictures of Krishna there. Read Bhagavad Gita As it is Translated with Purports by BHaktivedanta Prbhupada -who is a pure saint and Spiritual Master who came to teach us the details of Who God is and what is our eternal relationship to him. asitis.com you can read it on line.

God is spirit, light, energy--not a human--so color is not an issue.

i think when you die, you might see God how you pictured God just so you dont get scared! just like in the movie "Contact" with Jodie Foster! (except she saw "her father" but he was really an alien!)
