Revised edition: Face the right front wheel well. Look at the alternator. 5 inches to left of it and straight down 4 inches you will see a rather large 20mm. hex nut. It rotates the spring loaded tensioning device out of the way so that can remove the belt. This is where a serpenting belt removal bar would be handy you will need a very shallow 19mm socket also. I've seen them in many autoparts stores.

Let me take a moment and describe the belt path. First draw a 6"circle with a dot in the center. The belt path goes like this:
A. At the 12:00 o'clock position is the: Alternator
B. " " 8:00 " " " " : Power steering pump.
C. " '' 6:00 " " " " : Crankshaft pulley.
D. '' " 3:00 " " '' '' : Inboard is the small waterpump pully.
Directly behind the waterpump pulley is the spring loaded serpentine belt automatic adjuster pulley. Directly to the left of that pulley you'll find the 20mm. silver hex nut that rotates the adjuater enough to replace the serpentine belt. This is where a serpentine belt removal bar is extreemly helpful. Be sure to buy a shallow well 20mm 3/8 drive socket for the adjuster bar you'll be using.

I tried a Sears 3/8 wratchet wrench but space is very limited and tight. You may need to place the new belt around the power steering pulley from benieth the car as it sits on jackstands or a set of Rhino Ramps which can be purchased at NAPA, Wallmart or Car Quest.

Good luck to ya!

DO NOT take off any bolts. There is a tensioner that you pull back with your 1/2 in breaker bar. Pull back tensioner belt will almost fall off. Like I said before take a picture of the belt so you can see how to put it back on.
