I think the cocktail hour begins at 5:00 followed by a viewing of the badges at 6:00 sharp. Followed by a pot luck dinner and riotous dancing and partying until dawn.
I didn't even notice my badge was gone til somebody said something. Guess it really doesn't matter, anyone who comes to polls and surveys is ahead of politics and government anyway.
