You need to take a mirror & take a look & see where the blood comes out, this is your vagina. This is where you would insert your tampon. I would talk with your mom & have her help you, if you haven't done this before.

Calm down and relax. Stressing out or tensing your muscles can make it more difficult to insert a tampon. Are you using a light absorbency? Sometimes, wiht younger girls, it's hard to insert a Super absorbency tampon or higher, so you may want to start off with light at first. Try Platex slim fits. They're made especially for young girls just starting with tampons.

Sit on your commode (this is the easiest position to insert a tampon). You may want to use your fingers to explore your body if you haven't already. While you do have to openings in your vagina- your vaginal opening and your urethra (where you pee), there's no way a tampon can fit into the opening where you pee. The only hole that a tampon can fit into is the vaginal opening. This shouldn't be difficult to find- it's a noticeable sized hole. That's where the tampon goes.

Try reading the instructions inside of the box. They can be very helpful. If that doesn't work, talk to your mom. Maybe she can show you exactly where it goes.

Okay, you have three holes: your anus (poop), your vagina (period, baby etc) and urethra (pee). The anus is at the back, the vagina in the middle and the urethra at the front. You can't put a tampon in the urethra because the hole is too small, and I don't think anyone is silly enough to accidentally put it in the anus. The middle hole (vagina) is obviously the way to go. Lie on your back and try to insert the tampon again, it should work. Hope this helps xo

P.S. Email me if you have any more questions

The opening that the blood is coming out of. The vaginal opening, the hole above ur butt- not the one that u pee out of. Make sure you get it past the bony ridge.

in the vagina honey. Not the butthole or the peehole, dig in the folds until you find the hole that is right above the butthole. They have pictures on the box.
