Whats wrong with me, ive never had it before like this and this is the first month its been crazy. I have been having unprotected sex. Well it all depends on how long your cycles usually were before it got crazy and how long each period lasted and was it a normal flow of blood or was it light? There are a lot of different things to consider when it comes to conceiving a baby and all the reasons why your period could get screwy sometimes. Just don't let anyone tell you that you can't have a normal period when you are pregnant because both my mother and grandmother had their norm. menstruation for 3 months into all of their pregnancies. Anyways, best of luck and I hope nothing serious is wrong & if you're ttc then baby dust to you!
*ttc for 6 months*...& still waiting

It is unlikely you are pregnant but you should get a home test anyway, just to be sure.
There are many reasons your periods can be irregular, stress, under or over weight, thyroid issues, pcos, etc, but the most likely reason is that you aren't ovulating.
Anovulation is usually due to a hormone imbalance, have you recently come off birth control?
You should start tracking your cycles, write down the first day of your period, how many days you bleed, and how heavy the flow is. If you are trying to get pregnant then you should get a basal body thermometer and start tracking your temps-- www.fertilityfriend.com
When you do get some insurance, or maybe go now to a Planned Parenthood Clinic for free or low cost--and discuss your problems.

I don't think you're pregnant. If you were, you wouldn't keep on having a period. It would disappear. I would, however, suggest that you chart your cycles to try to figure out if there is any pattern there. Go to www.fertilityfriend.com and sign up for the lessons and free charting. After a few months (and when you've gathered some insurance) bring your charts to your doc and let them take a look. There are quite a few conditions that could bring on irregular periods. Good luck.

Don't be scared - each month can be different - especially if there are added "stressors" in your life...your body will react to them.
Ck around where you live - there are normally some clinics that will help you and/or even perform "free" exams.
Good Luck!! : )

fyi - be careful with "unprotected" intercourse...it'll ease the stress on your mind and keep you safe!!
