My last period was Aug.3-6. I should have ovulated on the 17th. Me and my b/f BD 4 days prior and 2 days after. I am now 10dpo and took a hpt it was neg. I am experiencing pregnancy symptoms.We have been trying to concieve for the last 5 months. Was it to early to test? Should i wait until i miss my period expected on the 31st?

Well i am 12 dpo and af showed up so there is no need to test again. We are gonna keep trying to get that BFP.

At 4 days before your expected period a very sensitive home test would only show positive for about 70% of all pregnant women who tested at the same time. So, it's a bit early yet. Some women are lucky and get a positive test before 14 DPO, but the majority of women need to wait until 14 DPO or longer to get a positive test. Good luck and let us know how it turns out!!

I would test with fist morning pee. If you want to test early then I would on day 13! I know how hard it is to wait until you miss a period!

Wait until a day after your missed period. That way you're not wasting money on pregnancy tests that may not be right!

Yes, wait until you miss your period. Until the embryo implants there isn't enough hormone in your urine to show up on a test. Since you don't know when that will happen, it's best to wait.
