The only one that comes to mind right now was the last episode. It was when they were all at the Chief's neice's Prom at the hospital, everyone was dressed up. Then Meredith goes running off somewhere, and Derek follows her, then she's crying and pouring her heart out. He asked her what's wrong...and then they start having sex...and then Callie opens the door... something like that???

it's in season two, episode 15 called break on through.
meredith intubates a patient who is DNR then while the patients friends are standing around pretty much watching her die meredith gets upset and derek follows her into the closet and she starts crying and breaking down saying she doesn't want her mother to die alone
