There was melted candle wax and I thought it hardened and I stuck my gas lighter in too deep(gas lighter is the long lighter that's like a gun). Well, I got out the wax and everything and now it doesn't work. How do I fix it without buying a new one?

I assume your lighter is one of those long ones used in the kitchen to ignite the stove or light a candle AND NOT THOSE SHORT ONES used to light a cigarrete. Otherwise please disregard the following advice: submerge the point of the lighter into boiling water, so the wax will melt and float away. Becareful not to warm the gas container of the lighter, just the tip.
