How can i get my makeup like "twiggy'?

i have big round eyes and i want ot know how to make them look sexy and sultry. i like how twiggy had hers done , like thick mascara. anyone have any good sites?

This is kinda the idea but don't put wings on the eyeliner & use a pale, shimmery pink lipstick instead of a red one.

use alot of black liner on the top of ur eye lids and bottom ones and alot of Mascara and add fake eye lashes that should do the trick

it isnt mascara.it was liner and she drew those on the bottom.those werent real
