Easy = just reply to any of the 419 scams (eg. 'you have won the lottery', 'we will pay you to bank our cheques' etc)
... of course big boys from Nigeria might get a bit upset if all you do is steal their fake cheques .. but hey, I'm sure you can work something out with them :-)

You can't...unless you steal them and the machine that prints them from the bank....and is it really worth the trouble and effort to get up 10 years in federal prison?
