*get a print out of the email.
*do not block ur phone. the more he calls the better ur case.
*some phone companies have the calls listed online make a copy
*do call trace *57 .... i think
*get cam recorder and have it out. if u know he's driving around record it.
*some states need 30 days of stalking activity before they'll order a restraining order
*CALL HUBARD HOUSE... ABUSE FOR WOMEN.... THEY WILL HELP
i would not go stay in a shelter. i would get all the ammonition u can. let him call and email ur friend. don't encourage.... but don't answer, just let him dig his hole. make ur case

i know how it feels this guy i dated last year keeps watching when i turn around hes there but dont worry just hang out with alot of people at a time and try not too think about cause people mostly lose intrest if they know its not bothering you

Do you have caller ID? if you do call him back and tell him you're a stalker now and that you're also following him , that should make things more interesting and confusing...

call the cops he could be dangerous and try to do bad stuff to you get a interdict out against him so if he comes in a certain distance of you he will get arrested

Block their phone number, double back when you go places so your harder to follow and know when your being followed. Lock all windows and doors. Don't leave your house without someone else with you.
