It depends on what the change is.
If I feel a gut instinct toward it, then I embrace it.
If I feel a gut instinct that has me cringe, I avoid it.
The hard ones are when change is thrust upon you by others, that you know is bad for you. That sucks!

i'm also one of the middle-grounders. some changes i embrace gladly, and some i deal with hardly. i just learn to keep my life in a steady pace, and to deal with changes (good or bad) in a steady way. that way, whether changes happen or not, i'll live, and it won't bother me as much.

Sorry, but I guess I'm somewhat of a middle grounder.
Some changes I can deal with right off the bat.
Other are so hard to deal with, that I would rather not even try
to be invovled with them, even though I understand why that change is needed.

I suppose that the saying 'Nothing remains the same, everything changes, you cant bathe twice in the same river' is true. I have been through loads of changes (of country, started a serious relationship, job, etc) and I embrace them. After all, as my mum would say, you always learn new things, you always change and grow up. If you didn't, then you are not alive. (Or you are alive in appearance but dead inside). I try to take it as it comes.

It really depends on the changes you mean.

Some such as poverty, or illnesses should be fought, surely.

Others areinevitable and should be dealt with by accepting them, or adapting to them.

embrace it really, in life it is going to be quite hard to avoid changes in one's lifestyle and the best thing to do is to embrace and adjust to changes.
