Depends.

If I pour the milk only half way, then technically it's full because its how much I want, but if I'm drinking it from a full glass I see as a half empty.

I look at it as half full because i like to look at things from a positive point of view i have been asked this question twice today and the first time i didnt really think about it being positive or negitive but i have since figured out if you look at it as empty it gives a negitive vibe ...thats what i think

Depends on the situation. If you are drinking the glass it is half empty, if you are pouring into the glass its half full.
