haha I have to laugh at all the people on here who leave smart answers, yet they are sitting on the computer too...answering questions like this!

Downloading porn on the work computer.
Yes, getting fired.
I have no idea why some morons do this at work. I think every job I had at least one moron was fired for downloading and visiting porn sites.
It's amazing how some perverts can refrain from being perverted in the work place.
Once I clock out, my perversion kicks in rather quickly but when it's appropriate.

Boredom can drive a person to answering Yahoo questions allnight. Then the person will sleep all day because they stayed up all night. Their sleeping patterns will get messed up. And so the person will go to work on Monday and fall asleep at the desk. The person will get a warning by the boss. Then the person will answer more questions all night and the cycle continues. Soon, the person will need to go to Yahoo Answers Anonymous. Sound damaging doesn't it?

Over the Summer I'd get so bored and socially deprived I'd make up the weirdest phrases in Jamaican or British accents that would turn into stories. After I'd realize I was talking to myself again, I'd quickly look around making sure no one was listening to me. That or I'd act like I could actually sing, and sing a random "Sound of Music" song. Then when I had an opportunity to talk to someone on the phone, I'd trip on my words, accidentally combine my words, and talk really fast. Kinda like I'd forgotten how to talk!

Answering too many questions on Yahoo! Answers and falling into a world of squinty eyes and sore backs...The effects could be level 7 in 30 days or less.....

Im bored. I think I will go and play club penguin on the computer.
Powers out. I will talk to my friend. Phones are out. I will talk to my mom. shes sleeping. I will read a book. my book is done. I will take a walk. raining. I will try to sleep. can't.
By the time you are done with all that and are offialey board I will have been the day!
So "What can boredom drive a person to???"? Killing time.

get on here and do senseless things, get bored being bored on the internet, lol. When i get bored with this i watch a movie and fall asleep. Though today I did a workout, and that was productive enough to keep doing daily. Are you doing a survey or assignment or just curious? Good question though. Good luck and God Bless.

insanity...yeah you become insane.
Also, there was once a girl who worked in our office, who proceeded to send an email to her friend, with the title
"BORED AT WORK..
yeah thats me julie, bored at work again. The suckers think I'm working, and Oh yeah, did I tell you about the great scam I pulled when they asked me to work on the weekend?? I told them I had a family function to attend. What a bunch of LOSERS!! HAHA oh well its money in the bank, right??"
SO this girl uses the MAIN email of the company. The same one the boss uses. There was something wrong with the way she typed her friends email address, and it bounces back into his inbox!!!
Sure enough, I got a call at three in the morning to fire this girl!!
SO boredom can lead to people doing stupid things, and getting their butts fired!!

When you say boredom do you mean staying by your own and doing nothing?
If so then there are many damaging effects.
In my case I have experienced paranoia and my fears grew much bigger.In general I thing that your thoughts get more intense
