how can i delete everything off my computer and start out fresh,like i have a new pc?

Reformat the hard drive.

Right click on the C:/ drive
Select "Format" from the list

ummm theres a disk u can buy that u can wipe the whole computer of its memery n stuff idk wat its called but thats all ive got so..good luck
