If you really mean what you wrote, "Delete everything off my computer," you can format the hard drive.
You will not have any programs, files, or operating system left. Your computer won't be able to start and you'll need to have a bootable floppy or CD to start the computer.
You'll also need to re-install the operating system and all your old programs. That means you'll need the install disks.
If that's what you want to do, the command from a DOS prompt is "format c:"
If you have a Windows installation disk, boot from the disk and you may see an option to format the drive.
Be careful that's what you really want!

ok, buy a new emachines or pwerspec every 6 years for $400 including the new RAMS, they are tiny and don't eat much so like $50
anyway, you can also use config or something, set it to the date before it had 3566775544288, privacy violations then

Go to My Computer
Right click on the C:/ drive
Select "Format" from the list
