Most window cranks must be accessed from behind the crank. There is a clip holding them on.

They also sell a special tool for a few bucks at most parts stores to assist in removing the clip.

Go to any auto parts store and buy a window crank removal tool (less than $5). Ask them to show you how to use it. It's really easy.
