Most window cranks must be accessed from behind the crank. There is a clip holding them on.

They also sell a special tool for a few bucks at most parts stores to assist in removing the clip.

Go to any auto parts store and buy a window crank removal tool (less than $5). Ask them to show you how to use it. It's really easy.

Go to auto parts and get handle removal tool. They are cheap and they will show you how to use it
