If the leather is a very soft leather and the beer has soaked into the leather then nothing will clean it out. You need to use a good leather protector (not conditioner) which will inhibit dirt and spillages from soaking into the leather.

Find a dry cleaner or a shoe shop that specializes in cleaning leather goods & ask if the spot can be removed.
DIY is risky. You can try a tiny bit of saddle soap w/ water but you risk changing the color of the leather. Test it on a inconspicuous area & let it dry completely first.
