Universal rule: If it's female she's got PMS!!
Sensible answer: Not sure if they really get PMT as such, cats can carry on "calling" until mated so unless you have them spayed it's like a continuous season.
Having said that you can certainly tell when a dog is due in season, they def get PMT!
All females that I've owned just before their seasons start turn into the b i t c h monsters from hell!!

Cats just tend to get crabby the older they get male or female. They like what they like and they like it now, not when you want to give it to them. Sometimes they just like to meow and complain for no reason just to keep you on your toes.
