I think definitely the chest, because it is right there in front of them whenever they talk to a female...where the "bottom" is just there when they are walking away!

i would have to say both but more to likely if ita blackguy it would behard for him not to stare at the *** but if he was white or something it would more than likely be hard for him to stare a the boobs
