I get confused.
What is happyness????

Happiness is when you wake up in the morning and you feel like jumping out of bed and making the most of the day. You wake up with a smile and don't think negatively. You are friendly to others and are not rude/ignorant/selfish.
I know that a person is truly happy when they smile with not only their mouth but with their eyes. A person is happy they have a spring in their step and the energy to go places/visit people/go out. They have great relationships with partner, family and friends.

happyness is not a word... happiness is a feeling so is difficult to define... I am sure you could ask a brain surgeon which area of the brain is effected when someone feels happy - that may be about the same for everyone. What triggers the brain to be effected is probably different. Like, I am happy when the weekend comes and i get to take it easy. Someone else may be happy on Monday because they love work.

I think happiness occurs when one finds the time to figure out what their values are, and then tries with all their might to live a life in harmony with those values. Therefore, Happiness comes in a different form for everyone...which is beautiful.

Happiness is often confused with success. Happiness been liking what you get. Success been getting what you want.
Most guys want success. Most girls want happiness. There is some serious overlap but they are not quit the same.
