Probably a cake decorating and confectionery place - so easy to do, and there are so few here that can do it really well - I'd make a killing!

I would start up my own business making ukulele's, not that many here in the states makes them. Then I would have a essay contest a month asking, "Why you or someone you know deserves a custom built ukulele. I hope someday to make my dream happen.
