Its just a poke!
as in when you poke someone it says on their facebook home that they have been poked by you.
nothing really happens!

a poke is just an alert sent to a friend saying they have been poked. it really is just a simple "hello' or a i've been thinking about you short msg. it can get kinda annoying when poking wars start. continue to use facebook and you will get what i mean.
