Depends on the situation. Sometimes I feel offended, sometimes I take it well. I try to react only to emergency situations...I have learned that if I react to criticism, I lose control of the situation and only make more of a problem for myself.

Usually my cheecks turn to be red, and I feel really hot as if someone has poured hot water on me!
Sometimes I act cool, and other times I defend myself.. But, the result is that I always cry when I get to be alone/when they leave...
That’s the disadvantage of being so sensetive...

I always take it personally! I wish I didn't, but I really don't think anybody likes to be put down. It is hard to not criticize them back, but I step back realize after looking at them they have no room to talk.

It depends on how they do it and who does it. Criticism that is meant to improve or change you is great. Criticism that is meant to embarrass or make you feel badly is terrible.

I take it with a grain of salt. I work with a bunch of drunks everyday, you kinda get used to it. If it is something really insulting, then I insult back. But most of the time, I just shake it off.

remember this. Noone has the ability to control your emotions except YOU. If someone insults you, just waive it off. They are just trying to get a reaction, and if you DO react, they win !!

For me it depends on the person. If it's a friend a feel slightly angry and ignore them for a long while, even if they call me everyday. My siblings, I retort back and usually send them crying to there rooms.

If they are saying it nicely as a helpful hint, than I will listen.

If they are attacking me, I listen quietly and say 'you are entitled to your opinion' and I refuse to argue over it.

If they are attacking to an extreme point, than I will hang up the phone or walk away.
