Reno should have been fired for charcoaling the Branch Davidians...Gonzales should get the Medal of Freedom for getting rid of a few ambulance chasers.

This question has ferreted out from their spider holes many latent Janet Reno apologists....I did not realize there were so many of these dead enders still left.

Reno and Clinton were far worse. Basically, the whole Waco thing was goverment's attempt (with the help of media) to try to show gun owners in a bad light by showcasing these Waco lunatics then mowing them all down.

^5, sad isn't it that the people that do the right thing are the ones to become the victims of scandal when they harpoon those that would have roasted marshmellows at Waco. Funny, enough people get involved and the politics of the American System could be those actually dedicated to public service promote our system what we claim it to be instead of the ones that parade around the red, white and blue as a shield to their abuse of the American people. When the government fears the people there is good government, when the people fear the government there is tyranny.

Do you really think the orders to attack at Waco came from Reno? Do a little research--start with the UN.
In your question you are talking about globalists--both administrations support globalism. Get on the right side of the fence and support sovereignty--our country is under attack.

Sorry, neocons, the Branch Davidians brought on their own fate. It was David Koresh that put women and children in harms way. Janet Reno was upholding the law. You can try to rewrite history, but it still comes out the same.

come on, Reno spent 2 months negotiating with the wacko from Waco. Who were basically thumbing there noses at the government and killed our agents. Yes, we all grieved for the innocent children but they were probably kept there by their fearful or brainwashed parents. Gonzales firing some lawyers was based on politics plain and simple, it just adds to another rat jumping from the sinking USS George W Bush.

Why the lawyers of course! How will they be able to put food on the table for their families. Maybe John "Breck Girl" Edwards will hire them to foreclose on some folks in New Orleans.

Original but wrong..... Waco was the mistake of the agencies that were present... Janet Reno merely wanted an end to the siege. Gonzo on the other hand has been at the centre of an administration that oversaw the murders of 850,000 Iraqis and 4000 American troops.... now which is worse?

bush allowing all those AMERICANS to be FRIED on 9/11 was the worst act of treason in United States history.
The biggest "dead enders" are you lemmings that still scurry along behind bush. Notice you won't go fight for dumbya, why is that?

Hmm, one involves a bunch of out-of-control bone-heads in black uniforms, with guns (one actually shot himself with his holstered pistol while climbing a ladder), and a whole lot of attitude. While the other involves a government cheating the American people of their rights... Hm, tough question.

The Branch Dravidians had a fair chance to surrender, just like Jim Jones had a fair chance to surrender. If you have crazy person like David Korish, Jim Jones or Charles Manson, sometimes you must take them out.
