1. Britney Spears. I can name too many reasons why she needs help.
2. Lindsey Lohan. She gets no sympathy from me.
3. Paris Hilton. She needs to lose the party girl/ mooches off daddy image.

I agree with you on all three. I was going to say Nicole Richie, especially after 82 minutes in jail. But, because she is pregnant and she is engage and you do not see her around Paris, I think reality hit her and she is changing her life for the better.
Even her reasons for why her and her fiance' are not getting married until after the baby is born: it is because they want the child to know they did not get married because of the child, they always wanting to get married on their time, the baby just came first.
Also, I think there are two more people who should get on this list as well. It is Lindsey's parents. They are the catalyst for her acting this way. They do not need to be parents. Their two younger kids needs to be taken away from there.
I would also say Michael Jackson, but he is beyond repair.
Michael Vick is the third candidate. Who ever got him to be interested in dog fighting when he was younger should go to counseling-and jail-right along with him.
So, my three are Lindsey Lohan's parents and Michael Vick.

those 3 :] but paris isnt AS bad, neither is nicole, i dont get why people say they have problems. has anybody been looking at the recent pics of nicole? she has a GREAT body, its nice and healthy. pregnancy has done her good!
paris would probably be in the top 5 but i'm not sure about top 3..
michael vick and amy winehouse as well. amy is a crackhead, i'm sorry :[ she DOES need to go to rehab.

Yeh I agree with you... I'd add Pete Doherty to the list, but that would suggest he was together in the first place.
Britney is too far gone...
Lindsay... well I dont understand why she's famous in the first place. She simply CAN'T act.
