or perhaps sunrise, which do you like best normally?
I know they are all beautiful and its a hard choice =) I have to go with the moon; I don't get to see it as much as sunsets, but when its beautiful its amazingly so ~ like with some clouds hovering about it and in a place where the stars and moon and clouds all fit together so perfectly, you wonder….is this just for me...is any body else seeing this....I must show someone....but then it changes and is something new and still beautiful, but not as brilliant. How about you?

In the sky tonight is the Lunar Eclipse and it is truly awesome... I have always liked the Moon and it Silvery Light but tonight is special... the moon is covered in a red/orangey glow... some say it's the "blood on the Moon" but i think it is Magical... you can almost pluck it from the Sky and hold it in your hands...it is a sight to behold...

Hi, I will have to agree with you. As much as i enjoy to see a sunset or sunrise the moon to me is something spectacular. The best scene i have ever seen myself personally is a full moon on a clear night with a few stars in the sky and the moons reflection over water.....its just "WOW"

I totally agree. I love watching the moon. I also enjoy sunrises, but I rarely see them because I enjoy sleep too much. But I think the moon is just awesome to watch. I know it never changes like a sunrise, but it's still beautiful. And wherever I go, it's there, a source of comfort.

We recently built a house and I arranged the rooms so the rising sun would come in my bedroom window and I can sit on the porch to watch the sunset in the evenings. Perfect! I'm an amateur astronomer, so the moon is especially beautiful to me. (I even have a crescent moon tattooed on my knee.) Be sure to watch the eclipse tonight.

A beautiful sunset evokes in me a sense of a masterpiece being painted on the sky and each one is unique, and I make a point of being outside at sunset when I am on vacation because the different atmosphere and clarity or additional pollution can make the sunsets outstanding!

I choose a beautiful sunset while sitting at the beach on a warm afternoon and lying on the sand. I love the amazing views there with the sun shining at the water and making it glisten and shimmery.

Its all beautiful but I must say I favor the sunset. Especially when the sun is setting in a background of deep pinkish purples skies.

yeah i love the moon and always have found clouds ad the moon fasinating but i moved to the east coasta and the sun sets in the west i usta live in california and see the sun set, but i never get to anymore so when i doe i say the sunset it the better though i do love the moon!
